Solicitor Wilson shares 1st report on study of arrests, prosecutorial decisions

Solicitor Scarlett Wilson is sharing some insight into how prosecutors make decisions in court.

A report she's releasing Wednesday, called "Disparity and Prosecution in Charleston," analyzes more than 24,000 charges from 2015 to 2020. The study intends to show how differences in arrests impact how cases are resolved.
